How long does the hair last?
This all depends on how well it it treated, our hair is of a highest grade, premium quality. Treat the hair like it is your own hair growing out of your scalp. Regular washing, deep conditioning, do not overload to much hair products.

DOES YOUR HAIR SHED?
All hair sheds, we apply processes in our construction of our lace wig, closure, frontal and bundle to produce minimal to no shedding. How the hair is maintained and treated is also a factor, we only work with premium quality. Treat the hair like it is your own hair growing out of your scalp.
PROCESS AND DELIVERY TIME?

Processing time can take up to 48 hours after order is placed. On larger orders we may need more time if so we will contact you via email. Shipping days commence after this time.

Please email info@hairporrn.com to inform us of your reason for the return. Here you will be provided a return address. Cost of returns currently resides with the customer. HAIRporrn suggest that one uses postal option: track and signed for returns. HAIRporrn is not liable for the cost of any lost, damaged or non received product(s) through ones choice of return method.

Product(s) are in their original packaging.

Product(s) with the seal holding it together has not been untied or removed/cut off.

Product(s) have not been used or damaged, Item still holding its textured pattern.

Product(s) has not been bleached, dyed or altered in anyway different to originally received.

Bundles are not unravelled.

Lace wigs, frontal, closure and bundles having not been worn, styled, cut (lace or hair) or had products applied to them such as glue, make up or hair products.

All hair packaging that was received with your purchase must accompany your return all tags etc.

Returned product(s) must be accompanied by the printed order receipt; this can be found in your email inbox.
